Southgate Business Park is a security stronghold situated in the southern corridor of Durban’s Industrial and Commercial nodes. This well established park holds a variety of blue-chip tenants who have realised the value of locality in conjunction with security. This has resulted in a lot of businesses opting to own their property as opposed to renting indefinitely.
