Ryan Berry is one of our Group's most respected commercial property professionals. He is highly experienced, and is a world class deal maker. Serving as a Director of Deal Core Property Group, Ryan prides himself in high end property transactions.

Prior to Deal Core, Ryan enjoyed a very successful six year career with the Alliance Group achieving record landmark sales in the KZN area, whilst maintaining impeccable relationships with his client base.
Ryan is equipped with analytical thinking, assertive and effectual problem-solving abilities and articulate communication skills. Recognised as a hands-on manager with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and a diverse range of projects simultaneously. He is capable of multitasking in a highly competitive, team-orientated, and fast-paced environment.

Ryan is a leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations. He has the ability to identify value in high end property transactions whilst identifying the buyer for the property.

He oversees and assists a team of property consultants throughout Durban. In addition he is involved in guiding the company's vision, operations, and business development efforts.
